You must be good to yourself. Stand up for yourself you deserve to be treated with respect and be cared for. Your feelings should be acknowledged and respected. When someone treats you like they do not care about you believe them they do not. You need to walk away or be strong enough to accept that they do not care.
If they did they would not have acted in such away that makes you feel they do not care. So learn to be good to yourself and show people that you love yourself enough to let go and be good to yourself. Live and be free. Those who care believe me... you will know because you can feel it. When someone doesn't care you feel they do not. So value yourself !
Self care is most important. If you are in tune with yourself and listen to your own thoughts and intuitions, you will know when someone does not mean you any good. Take the time out to do things for yourself such as a spa day or meditation. Those activities rejuvenate your spirit. Never seek your happiness from others. Happiness will always come from within!
